Orders are shipped via UPS® GROUND unless otherwise requested. If you wish your order to be shipped express via UPS® or FEDEX®, please let us know when placing your order and we will give you a shipping quote. You may request that we use your FEDEX® or UPS® account number to ship your merchandise. We cannot ship to PO BOXES, so please provide a physical street address.

We do accept international orders. Payment must be made by credit card only in US Dollars. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. We need your FULL shipping address to get a proper quote, so please provide a complete address. If you email or fax an order from a foreign country, your order will not be shipped until you approve the shipping quote and provide proper payment to cover your merchandise and shipping cost. You may request that we use your FEDEX® or UPS® account number to ship your merchandise. They will bill you for shipping, taxes and customs charges. If you fail to pay any of these charges and the carrier reverse bills the charges to us, these charges will be charged to the credit card you provided for you order plus a 25% penalty charge to the same card.

While we do not offer refunds, we make every effort to provide complete information about our products. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns before ordering. We will accept returns for exchanges or store credits with prior authorization.

*Please note that all orders placed after 4:00PM EST will incur an additional rush charge of $25.00 to your order if the shipment is sent out that day. Orders may be placed after this time until 5pm EST, but they will not ship until the next day if you wish to avoid this charge.
