How to Rent a Prop from Trengove Studios:
General Rental Policy:
From Within New York City:
Call us with your order or stop by and select. Props must be picked up by you
or your messenger as we cannot offer delivery.
Renting From Out of Town:
We do our best through talking with you and sending email photographs to determine what you need for your job. Give us your FedEX®
or UPS® account number and we will ship the prop so you receive it in the morning of your shoot. If your company does not have a shipping account number, we will add the shipping to your bill.
Send the prop back the same day you receive it and only be charged a one day rental fee. If you need the prop longer you just pay the daily rental price. After 3 days, the charge is at the weekly rate.
IMPORTANT: We must receive the return via morning delivery (by 10:30am). If you send the prop back by afternoon delivery, you will incur additional charges.
Deposits:
We accept! 
Giving us your credit card
information for the deposit is the simplest and quickest way. Otherwise, you
may write us a check for the deposit amount, which we will hold and return to
you once the rental period is over, the prop is returned safely in perfect condition
and the rental fee is paid.
Insurance:
Insurance coverage for our rental props is the liability of the renter. By renting
our props, customers must recognize they are responsible for loss or damage
to any rental props. Proof of acceptable coverage for the full replacement value
of the equipment may be required prior to rental. Insurance coverage must match
the deposit value of the item that is rented.
What else should I know?
In some cases we can customize your rental prop. Contact us with any questions, we will be glad to do what we can to help you.
Props must be returned in their original mint condition and in their original packaging.
Props returned MUST be the same ones rented. NO SUBSTITUTIONS!
Props returned with residue of styling materials--dulling sprays, wax, hot glue, etc. will incur a charge for their removal.
Do not use paints or solvents on any of the rental props.
Payment of rental charges should accompany the returned props. Please call to confirm charges. New York residents add sales tax.
